Business Solutions Director Pepper Morrison

Pepper Morrison is the Business Solutions (Treasury Management) Director for Farmers and Merchants Bank & Bank of Fayetteville, headquartered in Stuttgart AR. Originally from Illinois, she began her banking career 28 years ago spending a vast majority of her career as a Tech Support Specialist in IT. She has a passion for troubleshooting challenging issues and is a visionary on how to improve systems or products. In 2019, she shifted her career and began managing the Treasury Management/Business Solutions department. Drawing from her technical background, she developed new reporting processes that help clients understand the benefits of various bank offerings, from payroll solutions to merchant services. In 2025, she took over as the Business Solutions Director for Farmers and Merchants Bank & Bank of Fayetteville. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
